Building Metro Ethernet means you have a single starting point for all your DSL routes while they finish in several different places. Our tabletop models (MDS9952) are ideal for the customer site. In the data centre you can build up a DSL rack for up to 52 two wire routes.
There are single 2 wire modules for the G.SHDSL standard running up to 5.7 Mbps (MDS952C). With the 8 wire version you can drive four 2-wire modems. The modules for the 802.3ah Standard work together with the 802.3ah tabletop modems (MDS952AE). These offer phantom power for the remote end and will not need any additional power source for the modems.
The chassis are available with various power supply options.
